Building Muscle Mass

So, thats your 1st step, determine your body-type, and once you know, only then can you move forward. You're either an ectomorph (natually skinny), an endomorph (naturally gains fat), or a mesomorph (naturally athletic). Most people are a combination or somewhere in the middle.
