5) How much time do I have? Someone that can workout 6 times a week will have a completely different workout routine than someone that can only make it to the gym 3 times a week. Don't let this worry you...because we'll show you how to achieve stellar results by just doing 3-4 workouts a week.

2) The free workout routine should be no longer than 1 to 1.5 hours in duration.

3) The workout should incorporate a warm-up, always!

4) It should combine cardio with weight lifting, and always include stretching.

The other thing that you really need to watch out for when choosing a free workout routine is the type of nutrition you'll have to consume. Nutrition is a huge part of the equation, and working out alone will not get you the type of body you really want.
